EXERCISE FOR GOLF

The golf swing is a complex movement that requires literally hundreds of muscles to transfer a massive amount energy and force through the body into the golf club and onto the golf ball.  

With the Gill's Fitness trainers, golfers strengthen muscles that are necessary to produce a more powerful swing and reduce injury and soreness.  Some muscle groups are often ignored in other exercise routines because they are difficult to strengthen with traditional exercises and exercise machines.
